You & Me

And it’s actually so strange if you really think about it. That there are billions of people on earth, and some of them you’ll never meet. Others you meet by a one in a billion chance, and some of them might change you without even knowing it. You pass by people on the street and realize that you’ll probably never see them again, because even though you share the same earth and breathe the same air and walk the same roads, they lead completely different lives. And I guess it makes sense because there are just so many people, and maybe we’re connected somehow and maybe we’re not, but even all the way around the world or right next door, there is someone who has thought the same thoughts and felt the same kind of pain and watched the same sky. But either way we’ll never know, maybe we’ll always just be strangers.
